1. Overview
Zocari is a Saint Lucia–based online multi-vendor e-commerce platform that allows local businesses and individuals (“Vendors”)
to sell products, offer bookings, and manage their stores using the tools provided by WooCommerce. Customers (“Buyers”)
can browse, purchase, and book directly through the Platform.
2. Vendor Eligibility
To become a verified Vendor on Zocari, you must:
– Be a resident or registered business in Saint Lucia.
– Maintain an active Zocari Vendor Subscription (currently XCD $25/month).
– Provide accurate business, contact, and payment information.
– Have a clear and accessible Return and Refund Policy.
– Handle your own shipping or in-store pickup arrangements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these terms or fail to meet verification standards.
3. Fees and Payments
Zocari charges no commissions on sales.
Vendors pay a monthly subscription fee of XCD $25, which grants access to all vendor tools and features.
Payments for subscriptions are processed securely via PayPal.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. Transactions and Payments
All customer payments are processed through PayPal.
Zocari acts only as a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between Vendors and Buyers.
Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, refunds, and customer service.
Buyers must review vendor-specific policies before purchasing.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Each Vendor sets their own shipping, return, and refund policies in accordance with Saint Lucian consumer laws.
Buyers must contact the Vendor directly for return or refund requests.
Zocari does not handle or issue refunds on behalf of Vendors.
Vendors must clearly communicate shipping timelines and costs to customers.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be assumed to be your own. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
– Post or sell illegal, unsafe, or prohibited goods.
– Misrepresent products or services.
– Use the Platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
– Upload malicious code or disrupt Platform functionality.
– Collect personal data from other users without consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that engage in prohibited activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design elements on Zocari are the property of Zocari Inc. Vendors retain ownership of their own product images, logos, and trademarks but grant Zocari a limited license to display and promote them on the Platform.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Zocari provides the Platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, security, or reliability of vendor listings or products.
We are not responsible for:
– Vendor actions, quality of goods/services, or failure to deliver.
– Losses resulting from vendor negligence or customer misuse.
– Payment disputes between Buyers and Vendors.
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
Zocari reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor account at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Saint Lucia.
